Troubleshooting

Stuck? Here are the usual suspects. If none of these fix it, send us a note and we'll take a look.

I signed up but haven't gotten a verification email

First, check your spam folder. Second, double-check you typed the right address on the signup form (typos happen).

Email delivery can also lag 2 to 3 minutes on a busy day, so give it a beat before assuming something's broken.

If nothing shows up after that, send us a note and we'll re-send it manually.

I can't log in

Nine times out of ten it's the password. Try Forgot Password and reset it.

If the login screen tells you to verify first, your account isn't fully activated yet. Check your inbox (and spam) for the verification email and click the link. Once you verify, you can sign in.

I forgot my password

On the login page, click “Forgot password?” You'll get a reset link at your email.

The reset link expires after a short window for security. If you click it and nothing happens, or it says the link is expired, just request a new one from the same page. You can request as many as you need.

Draft failed

Usually this is a transient hiccup on our side or a blip in your connection. Give it one more try before doing anything else.

If the same topic fails twice in a row, that's worth flagging. Send us a note and include the specialist you used (Newsletter Editor or Social Director) and the topic you typed in. That lets us reproduce it on our end.

Why are most specialists greyed out?

Only Newsletter Editor and Social Director are unlocked in beta. The other eight are ready but hidden until we finish shaking out the first two with you. They'll unlock after beta.

I don't see a regenerate button

Regenerate is off in beta on purpose. You get one draft per topic; the built-in editor is where you shape it the rest of the way.

If your first drafts feel consistently off, retrain the specialist (it reads everything you told it every time). See Editing your draft for more on why we made this call.

How do I schedule posts?

Scheduling isn't live in beta. For now, copy your content from the draft page and post it manually on whichever platform you use. We'll add scheduling after beta.
