What's in beta, what's coming

We kept beta tight on purpose. Fewer features, more focus, faster fixes. Here's what's live today and what's coming next.

What's live today

Two specialists unlocked:

  • Newsletter Editor. Writes full newsletter issues, subject line included.
  • Social Director. Writes text posts (LinkedIn, X, Threads) and short-form video scripts (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Linkedin).

Sharpen. Your shared studio context: who you are, who you're talking to, your content pillars, how you sound, and your best examples. Every specialist reads from it. You fill it out once; you update it anytime your focus shifts.

Training per specialist. Format-specific rules that layer on top of Sharpen. This is where you teach your Newsletter Editor how you like a newsletter built, or your Social Director the shape of a good text post.

Reset to factory. If your training drifts somewhere you don't like, one click restores our defaults for that specialist. Your drafts and schedules aren't touched.

Drafts. First drafts land in the Drafts tab on each specialist. You copy from your draft to your platform of choice, mark as Published when you post, archive what's done.

What's not in beta yet

We turned these off on purpose so we can get the fundamentals right first.

  • Scheduling. In the future you'll be able to set a schedule so drafts show up automatically in your Specialist page based on a queue of topics you set.
  • Regenerate. You get one draft per topic; you edit or retrain rather than re-rolling. The why is in Editing your draft.
  • Carousels. Social Director is text and video only for beta. Carousel support is next up after.
  • Brand Kit. The visual side of Sharpen is paused until carousels ship. Nothing you'd put in a brand kit gets used by a beta specialist yet.
  • The other eight specialists. They're built and waiting. You'll see them greyed out in the sidebar with a dashed border. They unlock after we finish shaking out the first two with you.

The rough order of what's coming

No firm dates, but roughly the direction:

  1. Carousels (plus Brand Kit, since carousels need it).
  2. The rest of the specialist roster.
  3. Regenerate, rebuilt as a thoughtful iteration tool instead of a re-roll button.
  4. Scheduling.
