You just hired a team of content specialists. This page is the two-minute version of what they do and how to work with them.
The idea
You tell your team a few things about you and how you like to show up. Then, whenever you need a newsletter or a social post, you pick a specialist, type a topic, and they write a first draft in your voice. You put your human touch on it and publish.
No blank page. No writing from scratch. Your team holds the context so you don't have to brief it every time.
How it works
There are three things you'll do, in this order.
1. Sharpen your studio. Answer a few quick questions about who you are, who you're talking to, and how you sound. Every specialist reads from this, so you only do it once. You can come back and update it anytime, and your content drafts get better as you do.
2. Train a specialist. Pick one from the sidebar (Newsletter Editor or Social Director for beta). Tell it how you like that format done: what a good opener looks like, what to always do, what to never do. This only takes a few minutes the first time. You can retrain whenever your taste changes.
3. Generate a draft. Give your specialist a topic and include as much context as you want. It writes you a first draft using everything you've taught it. Edit it in the built-in editor, copy it out, post it wherever your audience lives.
What's live in beta
Two specialists are unlocked:
- Newsletter Editor. Writes full newsletter issues.
- Social Director. Writes short-form video scripts and text posts (LinkedIn, X, Threads, etc.).
The other eight specialists are greyed out. We're shaking out the first two with you before opening the rest.
What's coming soon
We turned these off on purpose so beta stays focused:
- Scheduling. For now, you create drafts one at a time and post them yourself. In the future you'll be able to set a recurring schedule that automatically generates drafts for you.
- Regenerate. You get one draft per topic right now. Edit it instead of re-rolling. In the future you'll be able to add changes in plain English and regenerate for better output.
- Carousels. Social Director will also have Carousels as a format after the beta period, but for now Social Director is only trained on text posts and short-form video.
- Mobile Messaging. We're working on an integration that will let you send topic ideas and generate drafts using a text messaging platform.
