Workshop Replay
Stop making posts. Start making series.
Overwhelmed by a blank content calendar and struggling to share consistent content? In this replay of our live Planning Party workshop, Caroline shares the exact method that took the Solo Content Studio Instagram account from zero to 2,000 followers in 47 days, then plans a real week of content live inside the app. If you're looking for a simple system for planning content, this hour will offer you just that.

Learn moreThe series method
Here's what you'll learn...
- Consistency fails from decision fatigue, not a lack of ideas
- Every reel or post asks you to make eight to ten decisions: topic, format, structure, length, hook, CTA, and how it fits your strategy. The series method makes most of those decisions once. A series is one repeatable bucket: same shape every time, you just drop a new topic in. That is what turns posting from a willpower problem into a system.
- Give every series a job: attract, connect, or convert
- Views are not the goal, customers are. Map each series to a role in your funnel. A top-of-funnel series attracts new people, a middle series builds trust and authority, and a bottom-of-funnel series showcases your offer and asks for the sale. Caroline walks through the four series powering the Solo Content Studio account and the role each one plays.
- Plan a week in three steps
- Pick one platform to focus on. Define one to three series by role. Fill the slots. Your calendar stops being blank because the buckets are already decided; ideas either get prompted by the series (if you struggle to come up with them) or filed into the right series (if you have too many). In the workshop, Caroline does this live for her Monday-through-Friday Instagram Stories lineup.
- See the new Planner and Series features in action
- The second half is a full walkthrough of Solo Content Studio's new Series and Planner tabs: creating a series with a cadence and a strategic role, switching between manual and Autopilot, dragging ideas and existing drafts into series slots on the calendar, and a peek at what's coming next (suggested series, templates, and Signatures).
