By accessing or using Solo Content Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
Solo Content Studio provides tools for training AI content specialists in your brand voice, producing content across formats (newsletters, social posts, scripts, and more), and running your content schedule.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You must be at least 18 years of age. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Solo Content Studio cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to maintain account security.
You agree not to misuse the service or help anyone else do so. You may not use the service for any illegal purpose, to violate the rights of others, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.
You retain ownership of all skills and content you create using Solo Content Studio. Solo Content Studio retains ownership of the platform, including its design, code, and underlying technology. Template content provided by the platform is licensed for your use within the service.
Payment terms will be added when paid features launch.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solo Content Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
