Remix Recipe №2 · Hard-Mode

The Wish-I-Had Framework

A vulnerable identity opens the door, and a simple framework earns the save.

The recipe

Topic: A vulnerable identity struggle and the framework you used to solve it.
Take: Your simple framework or decision matrix.
Format: A talking head intro paired with a visual diagram of your framework so your audience can follow along.
The structure
  • Open on the vulnerable identity: Name who you are and the stretch of time you spent feeling lost, then promise the framework you wish someone had handed you.
  • Reveal the framework: Introduce your simple framework, whether it's two questions, a 2x2, or a flow, so it feels easy to follow.
  • Walk each part: Take your audience through each part of the framework one at a time, naming what each one means for them.
  • Name the lesson: Share the mindset shift underneath it, like how you stopped waiting to feel certain before you moved.
  • Close on a first step: Point them to where to start, and keep the diagram on screen so they can screenshot it.

Your Studio follows these beats when it writes your script.

Why it worked

The video opens with a vulnerable identity ("late bloomer feeling lost in my 20s"), then promises the framework she wishes someone had given her. That reframes her advice as a gift from past-self to others, not a lecture from on high. The visual diagram is simple enough for any viewer to apply, which is what earns the save.

Examples

A solo recruiter for tech startups

I'm a recruiter who spent the past year ghosted by candidates I really wanted. Here's the framework I wish I'd had.

She walks through her 2x2 matrix (does this candidate want it? are they making moves?), one quadrant at a time.

A solo personal trainer for new moms

I'm a postpartum trainer who spent the past year lost between mom guilt and bounce-back pressure. Here's the framework I wish I'd had.

She walks through her simple decision flow (can I commit 20 minutes? if yes, strength. if no, mobility. either way, win.).

Multiply it, one reel becomes your week

  • Newsletter: a mentor letter to your past self with the framework unpacked.
  • Thread: one post per part of the framework.
  • Carousel: the diagram on slide 1, each part as its own slide.
  • YouTube: apply the framework live to a decision your audience is wrestling with.
