The Stacked Contrarian Case
Overturn a belief your audience clings to by stacking expert after expert, then landing your own reframe.
The recipe
- State the belief plainly: Open on the exact belief your audience holds, in quotes on screen, with no spoken intro.
- Stack the experts: Run one authority per card, each with a short text-overlay take that pokes a hole in the belief.
- Keep the pacing tight: Give each expert about three seconds, fast enough to hold attention, slow enough to read.
- Land your reframe: Bookend it by coming back to camera and offering your own gentle new way to see it.

Why it worked
It borrows the authority of six famous psychologists to overturn a belief the viewer holds, which is far more convincing than one opinion. The portrait-card sequence is a distinctive "educational carousel as a reel" format that reads as rigorous and save-worthy, and it ends on a gentle original reframe so it still feels like her.
