The recipe

Topic
An energy shift your audience needs to make to reach the outcome they want.
Take
Name what they're feeling now without judgment, then prescribe the energy shift toward what works.
Format
Soft talking head, voice-memo cadence, minimal text overlay.

The structure

  1. Open with the hook

Look right into the camera and say 'Don't [activity] from the attitude of [wrong energy]' so they know you have been there too.

  2. Name the feeling, no judgment

Describe the scarcity or fear they carry into it right now, gently, so they feel seen instead of scolded.

  3. Prescribe the shift

Hand them the energy that actually works, and reassure them the outcome they want still comes.

  4. Keep it a voice memo

Film it as a soft close-up talking head with minimal text overlay so the intimacy carries it.

Your Studio follows these beats when it writes your script.

Why it worked

Calls out the wrong emotional energy your audience is bringing to a key activity (scarcity, fear, panic), then prescribes the energy shift they need to make to actually reach the outcome they want. The pivot from "what not to do" to "what to do instead" gives the viewer a felt shift, not just advice. Spoken like a voice memo from someone who's wrestled with it.
