- Pick the aspirational behavior: Choose one specific thing your ideal client does or wishes they did, the more detailed the better.
- Film the looping time-lapse: Shoot a looping time-lapse of yourself doing it in detail, with no spoken audio.
- Write the brb overlay: Add a single large text overlay, 'brb [behavior] because [the truth you both share].'
- Let it mirror them: Pair the visible habit with the motivational truth so the right viewer thinks 'that's me' and follows.

Why it worked
The reel signals "I'm one of you" to her ideal customer in two ways at once. The b-roll shows her doing the specific behavior her target audience does or aspires to do (planning the next 90 days in extreme detail), and the text overlay names the motivational truth that drives them both. Both halves work together so the right viewer instantly thinks "that's me, follow her."

She films a looping time-lapse of herself prepping 14 color-coded freezer meals on a Sunday, and the behavior signals her habit-first approach, pulling in the moms who already meal prep or want to.
