Drop the one announcement your people need to hear, the thing that punctures the pressure they bring to it, with zero music and zero cuts.
- Undercut the stakes
Name plainly that none of this is life or death, so the relief lands as the joke and the lesson at once.
- Get started like nothing happened
Snap back to the routine with a light shrug, as if the reminder was the most reasonable thing in the world.
